You might say it is my answer to ‘If only I knew then…’. I believe if I had known what I know now, my life, professionally and personally, would have been easier and happier. I would like others to be able to access that happier ease faster than I.

The scientifically developed and tested techniques of HeartMath form the basis of the information Koherence Konnection provides. Originally best known in California, HeartMath is now bringing coherence to people around the world. HeartMath is not political or religious. It is scientific.

Participants in Koherence Konnection workshops, or one-on-one consulting, learn the HeartMath techniques to participate in or conduct productive meetings, reduce their reaction to stress, make deeper better-connected decisions, and resolve issues they may have carried for many years.
